Product Introduction:
The diaper absorbility tester (T 025B) is a special five-station instrument for the determination of the diaper, diaper product absorption rate, the amount of seepage, the amount of leakage and other parameters. The diaper absorption performance tester is composed of U-shaped sample base, sample support, standard test module, mobile pressure device, liquid storage device, automatic liquid filling device, automatic timing device and console, etc.
Main performance:
1. Automatically complete the functions of adding liquid, pressurizing at constant pressure, timing and other functions during the test process, and measure the absorption performance indexes of the sample, such as the pressure absorption rate, the amount of infiltration and the amount of leakage;
2. Adopt servo motor and high-precision ball screw drive, with precise stroke control;
3. Adopt automatic pressure regulating device to achieve accurate pressure control;
4. Adopt color LCD touch screen display and real-time data display;
5. Use human-computer interaction interface, with simple parameter setting and convenient operation;

11. The external scanning gun 1 can be connected to automatically collect sample code, which makes the test process efficient and intelligent;
12. One to five baby diaper samples 2 or two adult diaper samples can be tested at the same time. During the test, the liquid filling and pressurization modules are automatically replaced, with a high degree of intelligence.
