Product Introduction:
Rapid Köthen Sheet Former is composed of shaper, paper uncovering device, dryer and auxiliary equipment. It is suitable for producing paper or other types of fiber sheet with diameter of 200mm. The equipment adopts "flash vacuum" dehydration technology, the uniformity of the paper page can be effectively increased by 4.8%.

The heating chamber is connected with an automatic constant temperature heater (with a sink) at the bottom of the equipment.
17. Dryer support net and support plate: the support net has two layers of phosphor bronze net. The upper net: 32 warp wires/cm, 24 weft wires/cm, and the wire diameter is 0.16-0.17mm; The lower net: 8 warp threads/cm, 7 weft threads/cm, wire diameter 0.35mm. The support plate is a perforated plate with a thickness of 2mm, an aperture of 3-4mm and a spacing of 5mm. The plate can withstand a surface pressure of 100kPa without deformation.
18. Steam chamber: equipped with cold water chamber (ISO 5269-2 and GB/T 24326-2009 standard), cooling water temperature is not higher than 20℃.
19. The dilution pump injects water filtered by the filter into the slurry reservoir at a flow rate of 18-20L/min, and the liquid level is controlled by the probe (the carrier is non-distilled water).
20. The air source can be injected into the slurry reservoir at a flow rate of 60L/min.
21. The hot water heater provides 93±4℃ hot water and is equipped with a low level alarm. The heating mode is graded (2kW+2kW).
